The VIDEO SCROLL consists of a series of short video works compiled from found footage and audio in response to original text pieces crafted as one half of a continuous theoretical exchange. Being sourced from the internet and formatted for internet viewing the VIDEO SCROLL is perhaps an obvious acknowledgement of the extreme saturation of the media waste stream but attempts to detourn the original pedagogical intent of the source footage towards an existential humor while celebrating the potentials of poetic reverie that takes place through focused conversation - with oneself, with another, and with the all.
